Just like humans it should come as no surprise that pets too can face weight challenges. For Hobbes’ family, recognizing that their golden retriever was overweight was the first and most important hurdle. Acknowledging that something had to be done for the good of Hobbes’ health was just as important. It was then an easy decision for owner Janet Pellerosi and her family to reach out to the Foster Hospital Foster Hospital for Small Animals at Cummings Veterinary Medical Center’s Obesity Clinic for help.
